Course 1:
AREA9 U RHAPSODE™ ADMIN

Our Area9 U Rhapsode™ Admin certification can be tailored to meet the needs of any team member performing admin tasks in the Rhapsode™ platform–whether those needs are for class or system administration. It can also be combined with other Area9 U training, depending on the scale and needs of your deployment.

Goals

Independence: A certified Area9 U Rhapsode™ Admin can quickly deploy content packages, set up workflows, assign classes, and enroll learners. They can also monitor learner progress, analyze learner data, and provide reports to stakeholders.
Expertise: A certified Area9 U Rhapsode™ Admin becomes your in-house expert on the platform, prepared to respond quickly to other Rhapsode™ team members and resolve issues from your learners or helpdesk.
Confidence: A certified Area9 U Rhapsode™ Admin will feel confident in their knowledge but also in their working relationship with Area9. Concurrent with the designated admin’s training, they will work with our implementation experts during your initial deployment as they develop their skills.

OVERVIEW

The curriculum for the Area9 U Rhapsode™ Admin includes 20+ adaptive lessons organized into 5 focus areas (~6-8 hrs. of learning). In addition to core lessons, we’ve also included specialized electives. After certification, admins can maintain their knowledge with refresh modules. They will also have continued access to the latest course materials for reference. These are the 5 areas of focus:
